FastSNOW is a Chrome extension for speed and error reporting that can speed up mass error reporting.
How it works:
The program stores all the required information from your browser. It also has an option to generate your own links using this information.
This is done by storing the values for all the fields in the URL and appending a hash followed by the formID and then the value for each one.
The program can also be used on pages other than the one that the user is on.
It can be used with websites that don't already use the hash format in the URL.
